4. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or agreed communication method. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. We accept payments via Debit card, Credit card, Klarna, Clearpay, Revolut Pay and Paypal. Any missed or late payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session may not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. No-shows are non-refundable. Group programs are non-refundable once commenced unless required by consumer protection laws.
