The Research Paper on Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring
“ We recorded participants’ brain activity as they engaged in belief coding sessions for this research. We also tracked the brain data of Jess (Belief Coding Founder), who led these sessions, to gain deeper insights into the unique changes that belief coding cognitive rewiring can bring.” - Aberjeet Satani | Internationally Renowned Neuroscientist
So in 2024 the scientific trials into Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring began and in February 2025 the first medical research paper was publised in the International Journal of Science and Research - super exciting times!
I have been lucky enough to be involved and trained in Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring from quite early on in its existence and it is soooooo exciting to see the results now coming in from the trials showing the actual physical activity which is stimulating the neural pathways - reconnecting things that have previously become disconnected.
The Nitty Gritty... the bit you've been waiting for 😛🧠 here's what's actually happening in the brain during a session of BCCR...
Alpha Waves and Emotional Resilience: Post-therapy, participants showed a 48% sustained increase in alpha wave coherence, associated with improved emotional resilience, stress management, and self-regulation. This coherence reflects a brain better able to stay calm and balanced, even after revisiting painful memories.
Reduced Hypervigilance through Beta Normalization: Therapy led to a 58% reduction in excessive beta wave activity, particularly in prefrontal regions. This shift translates to less anxiety and reduced hypervigilance—key steps for individuals often stuck in overthinking and heightened worry due to past trauma.
Gamma Waves and Memory Integration: Gamma synchronization improved by 75% during trauma processing, enhancing the brain’s ability to bind emotional memories cohesively. This increase indicates better trauma processing and the creation of a more integrated emotional narrative.
Healing and Deep Rest with Delta Waves: Participants experienced a 62% improvement in delta-theta coupling post-treatment, crucial for deep emotional processing and rest. This stabilization promotes more restful, restorative sleep and emotional recovery, reinforcing the therapy’s holistic healing effect.
Strengthened Self-Awareness through DMN Connectivity: Therapy increased Default Mode Network connectivity by 62%, tied to self-awareness and reflective thought. This change helps participants gain better insights into their emotions and thoughts, making them more adept at recognizing and managing triggers in their everyday lives.
