Can Belief Coding Increase Collagen Production???
"As a certified Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring® practitioner trained under Jess Cunningham, I've witnessed firsthand the transformative power of this technique and have worked with hundreds of clients seeing incredible results. Helping individuals rewire their subconscious beliefs, promoting emotional, mental, and physical well-being. The process is simple and creates incredibly rapid change. But can it actually helps us to increase collagen levels???? "
Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring® is an innovative therapeutic approach developed by founder Jess Cunningham, to transform limiting beliefs and promote mental and well being. Recent developments and trials suggest that this amazing technique may also have physiological benefits, including the potential to increase collagen levels. WTA?????? How can this possibly be the case? Doesn't make any sense right?? Read on....
Understanding Belief Coding®
Jess founded Belief Coding® after her own transformative journey through personal traumas and self-development. She combined various techniques to create a methodology designed to help individuals rewire their subconscious beliefs, addressing emotional, mental, and physical well-being.
The Role of Neuroscientist Abhijeet Satani
Following on from the incredible real life results being seen with this technique and to validate and explore the efficacy of Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring®, Cunningham collaborated with renowned neuroscientist and neurosurgeon Abhijeet Satani. This partnership aimed to provide scientific backing to the method, examining its impact on the brain activity and overall health and well being. Gathering data in trials with participants working on different discomforts both mental issues and physical symptoms, these trials have been groundbreaking (check out my other blogs for more info)
As more data became available from the brain activity being seen on people experiencing a session of Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring®️, more possibilities of what could be helped and what was possible came to light.... this led to the first (and very small trial) with 14 participants on the production of collagen in the body. The results will blow you away!!!!!!
Exploring the Link Between Belief Coding® and Collagen Production
One of the many intriguing findings from the neuroscientist is the data that showed an increase in collagen levels among these 14 participants, after just 60 minutes and a group session of BCCR. (Collagen levels were taken before and then immediately after the session.) Everyone in the session saw a small increase in collagen levels by the end of the session. The average increase was 0.2% (the lowest 0.01% the highest 0.9%). More details to follow on this as the participants collagen levels are tracked over time.
Collagen, a vital protein, plays a crucial role in maintaining skin elasticity, joint health, and overall structural integrity of the body. While traditional methods to boost collagen include dietary supplements and topical treatments, the idea that a psychological modality could influence its production is groundbreaking. More trials will follow so keep your eyes peeled. 👀
Scientific Perspective: Belief Coding® and Cortisol Reduction
While the exact mechanisms remain under investigation, the mind-body connection suggests that psychological interventions can influence physiological processes. Stress management and positive mental practices have been linked to improved skin health, potentially due to their effects on hormones and inflammatory responses that regulate collagen synthesis
Chronic stress triggers the release of cortisol, a hormone that, in elevated levels, can negatively affect the skin by reducing collagen production, leading to premature aging and reduced skin elasticity. While specific studies on Belief Coding®'s direct impact on cortisol levels are currently limited, the modality's emphasis on addressing and reprogramming limiting beliefs contribute to stress reduction, potentially influencing cortisol production.
Conclusion
The collaboration between Jessica Cunningham and Abhijeet Satani marks a significant step in bridging alternative therapeutic practices with scientific research. The reported increase in collagen levels associated with Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring® opens new avenues for understanding the mind-body connection. As with any emerging therapy, continued research and open dialogue are essential to fully comprehend its potential and limitations.
The concept that our mental and emotional states can directly impact physical health is well-established. Chronic stress, for example, elevates cortisol levels, which can accelerate the breakdown of collagen, leading to premature aging, wrinkles, and sagging skin. Conversely, positive mental states and stress-reduction practices can promote skin health by not only reducing cortisol but also by preserving collagen levels.
Belief Coding® operates on the premise that by addressing and reprogramming limiting beliefs, individuals can reduce stress and promote a positive mental state, potentially leading to physiological benefits such as reduced cortisol and increased collagen production.
